The Hubb Foundation recently ran an event to kickstart the school holidays for the local community in Middleport Park. Part funded by The Hubb Foundation and Middleport Matters Community Trust, the event was enjoyed by 652 people.
What was the day all about?
The community came together for a special day packed with adventure and excitement – and even better, the visitors were blessed with good weather! There was a wide range of activities designed to entertain and inspire all the family.
Children took to the canal to enjoy some canoeing before testing their skills on a mobile climbing wall. Aspiring Olympians could test their skill with some Archery, while younger adventurers explored the wonder of mini beast hunts and inflatable slides.
The event also featured circus-themed fun alongside some traditional family lawn games.
We were so pleased to see so many smiling faces throughout the event!
