New website function helps families connect with The Hubb Foundation

A charity that transforms young people’s lives in Stoke-on-Trent has introduced a new feature to its online systems to help more people across the community to access its services.

The Hubb Foundation, which makes school children’s holidays happier, with free food, free activities and free spaces, has introduced an assistive accessibility toolbar on its website www.thehubbfoundation.com to help young people and their families get the information they need in a format that works for them.

The new toolbar will allow users to customise and adjust website elements to their individual needs, including font size, colour, screen readers and more.

Adam Yates, Chief Operating Officer of The Hubb Foundation, said: “It’s important that anyone who wants to find out more about our work, or access our booking system, can do that easily.

“With this in mind, we’ve developed the assistive accessible toolbar on our website to ensure members of our community can find the information they need in a format that works for them.”
